2011 Registration:

 

There is still time to register for Kamloops community football.  The deadline is September 15, 2011.  Please complete the registration form and make sure to include all supporting documentation.  If this is your child’s first year playing, we will need photocopies of their birth certificate and care card.   Once completed mail everything to the below address including a cheque made payable to Kamloops Community Football.

Jr. Bantam-1998/1999 Age 12 & 13	$200.00	$300.00
Bantam-1996/1997 Age 14 & 15	$250.00	$350.00

NOTE:  There is no Bantam team for Kamloops for the 2011 season

*Post-dated cheque to November 18, 2011 or valid credit card information.
